Guest Information
At St. Andrew's East, our primary goal is to ensure the enjoyment of everyone's golf experience. While we pride ourselves on our relaxed atmosphere, we ask that everyone adhere to these few points of etiquette:
Speed of Play
At St. Andrew's East, our members overwhelmingly tell us that our two most coveted attributes are the ability to get on the course at any time without the need for an annoying and stressful tee time, and the ability to complete 18 holes of golf in 4 hours or less. Please ensure you and your group are playing to our maximum round time of 4 hours and 10 minutes. This ensures the enjoyment of all.
Cell Phones
We understand that there are unavoidable times when cell phones must be used at a golf course. We simply ask that any use of cell phones does not interfere with others' enjoyment of their experience at St. Andrew's East. Please find a quiet spot, or skip a hole if you must take a call.
Gratuities
For all dining room purchases, a standard gratuity is automatically added to each invoice. Our members generously provide gratuities to all operational staff on an annual basis. No additional gratuities are required or expected.
